Scott has over 25 years of experience in Austin real estate. Originally from Ohio, he learned the business through his family’s investments before serving in the U.S. Air Force, which brought him to Texas. Since 1992, he’s built a career helping clients find luxury, multifamily, and historic homes. Known for his concierge approach and strong network, Scott is a trusted advisor. He’s also a STEM Society donor and Girlstart volunteer who enjoys Austin’s vibrant lifestyle with his family.

Amy came to Austin as a KVUE anchor and fell in love with the city—and her future husband. Now part of The Scott Hayes Team, she helps clients buy and sell with expertise, care, and local insight. A former journalist, photographer, and business owner, Amy brings detail, communication, and design skills to every deal. Originally from Newport Beach, she’s now proudly Texan, enjoying life in Austin with her husband, three sons, a dog, and four chickens.
